Served on a skewer, drenched in garlic butter & olive oil, marinated
with fresh chillies, (chillies optional, please inform your waiter).

Pear & Nut Salad 
Served with house pear, crushed walnuts, shaved parmesan &
lemon dressing (salad locally grown produce as available).

Moules Marinière 
Freshly Steamed Moules (local when available) served with
shallots, herbs & a white wine cream sauce.

Italian Meatballs
Chef’s homemade meatballs in a (spicy) tomato sauce.


Bouillabaisse (Chef’s own Marseille recipe) 
Trio of local fish steamed in a copper dish, moules, clams,
