Tsuyoishima Kai Karate classes for adults
Learn a traditional Martial art including strength and conditioning, pad work, combinations, Kata and Kumite (sparring).
Karate is both mentally and physically demanding. No matter what level of fitness, you will eventually encounter something that will make you work hard!!
Great for Fitness, teaches discipline, respect, confidence and self defence
