We used to think Health and fitness was all about diet and exercise but visits to the states to present at events along with becoming parents, we now know the importance of having a balance across life that delivers you to your goals without sacrificing the family like many plans do. We actually add value to your life as opposed to adding stress.
So how do we coach you, you might ask??
We know the online is relatively new so here are the details about our alpha female…
Personal Training Sessions delivered via our interactive app. We deliver home and gym based workouts, to suit different fitness and confidence levels, with videos of each exercise to perform the exercise in a safe manner. The app allows you to track your progress and communicate with us via the messenger feature too.
Support via our private Facebook group along with email and messaging via our app. We are ‘present’ in our women only group 7 days a week answering questions, holding clients accountable and helping clients understand the basics behind their results.
Weekly Live Web Class where we discuss and cover our 4 key principles to help you on your journey. We do this usually on a Tuesday evening, where we cover topics, answer questions and help you with any concerns you may have. These are a great interactive tool where clients often like to have questions answered.
Private Facebook Group filled with hints tips, videos, cook books and links to useful information. This group is client only and female only (Ryan is the only male) and we use this to communicate daily to everyone with the aim of providing a place to communicate with like minded people on the same journey as you.
Weekly Accountability Logs – We will ask you to commit to 3 things each week so that we can hold you to it, in a friendly way (we do get that life sometimes gets in the way, we just want to establish the difference between reasons and excuses) 😀
Nutritional Support and help with macro guidance. Using apps we will help you make the right choices without avoiding your favourite foods. We don’t do diets, we do healthy eating guidelines so that you can understand the basics of nutrition. We calculate everything for you and then help you work towards your nutritional goals – no prior knowledge or understanding needed.
BRAND NEW Exclusive Membership Site Access with £1,000s worth of resources from our combined 8 years experience in the industry and a lifetime from us both of our passion at your disposal including workouts, recipes, information videos, and booster programs. We add to this site weekly (in fact most days) with new up to date content to help you.
24-7 Support, (well sort of) we aim to be there for our clients around the clock, if we are awake we are there, we understand that a busy life needs quick responses. We often say its not so much the knowledge you need, it’s the accountability and support, and we provide that whole heartedly.
