The course is great for self-exploration and learning to heal yourself through the creative process of making art.  You do not need any experience or even be particularly creative to get the benefits that art can offer you.  Alternatively, the course can be enjoyed by the whole family as a wonderful bonding experience.  Art is particularly helpful as a communication tool and is a great aid to children, especially if they have difficulty in expressing themselves or articulating how they are feeling.

Art doesn’t have to involve buying expensive materials.  In fact the majority of the exercises and activities within the course require no more than a few pencils and some paper.  We’ve included many downloadable resources for you to enjoy, including mandalas, face masks and even characters for you to use in creative writing.
