- Maximum 4 vouchers per household
- Multiples may be purchased as gifts
- Printed voucher is required on site before labour takes place
- Green Waste will incur a £5 surcharge and Soil or Rubble £10 to cover current dump site charges
- Soil and or Rubble need to be free of any other rubbish including roots and plants
- Green waste to be free of any other rubbish
- Household 'burnables' i.e plastic, cardboard, wood, cloth etc can go into same bag
- Small quantities of glass, metal or electronics can be placed at the top of a 'burnables' bag. Larger quantities of these to be placed into a separate bag
- Please note failure to comply with the above could result with the rubbish being unaccepted
- A larger single item e.g sofa, fridge, cooker, washing machine etc left outside ready to load can be accepted for a voucher
- Please allow up-to a few days for pick up or check availability first if in need of an urgent service
