- Each roll of carpet is subject to a freight/shipping sur-charge & GST import duty at cost
- Carpet colour is subject to availability
- If we are out of stock of the colour you like and you are not able to select another colour, we can place you on 'back order' for when the colour comes back into stock (normally within a 3 week period or less) – this will not effect your voucher entitlement
- Payment must be made in full at time of order to keep our overheads down so that we can offer this great deal!
- Fitting is between Monday to Friday from 9am onwards. No late afternoon fitting
- Dogs must be kept secured in another area/room whilst we are installing your new carpet
- Prior to our arrival rooms must be completely clear of furniture & sub-floor in good condition (we can move furniture -extra charges apply)
- Carpet for flat areas ordered in felt back for easy handling & fitting
- Fitting of hall, stairs & landings may be completed over 2 half days for logistical purposes
- Does not include (where necessary) any sub-floor preparation works
- Jersey Carpets reserves the right not to accept any customer/order for any reason. In such cases a full refund of your voucher will be given
