Collections

Items that are available for collection only can be collected between 09:00 am and 5:00 pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).

We are located within the JT Retail Shop 18 Queen Street St Helier. There is a buzzer located on the wall at the bottom of the stairs, just let us know what have come to collect and we will bring your item down to you.

Click & Collect Deliveries

All our deliveries are carried out professionally by our Click and Collect merchant Onogo.com. Whilst we will endeavour to carry out deliveries as soon as possible, it may be necessary for a deal to end before we can commence deliveries. So if you buy something to be delivered as soon as we launch a deal, please bear with us!

Once you have purchased an item for delivery you will be prompted to add the delivery address. If there are any special requirments you may forward that information to contact@jtrewards.com. This information will be passed to Onogo.com to aid in the successful delivery of your item and your information will not be kept on file or passed to any 3rd party.
