Romantic Rewards 2016 prize draw – terms of reference

PROMOTER

The promoter of this competition is JT (Jersey) Limited, No 1 The Forum, Grenville Street, St Helier, Jersey JE4 8PB in Jersey and JT (Guernsey) Limited, 24 High Street, St Peter Port, Guernsey GY1 2JU in Guernsey (“JT”).

COMPETITION

To be in with a chance of winning an overnight stay for two, complete the online entry form available at https://www.jtrewards.com/competition/romantic-rewards-competition/ with your name and email address.

ACCEPTANCE

By participating in the competition, you agree to be bound by these conditions. All instructions issued by JT in relation to the competition form part of these conditions.

ELIGIBILITY

The competition is open to all Jersey and Guernsey residents aged 18 years and over, except for employees of JT and their immediate families.

Only one entry will be accepted per person.

GENERAL

No purchase of any sort is necessary to enter the competition and there is no charge to enter. When you enter the competition, you must provide your name and a valid email address.  You must be contactable at the supplied email address.

One winner from all entries will be selected at random from all valid entries and the winner will be informed via their email address. JT shall make all reasonable efforts to contact the winners but if a winner cannot be contacted within five (5) business days, then a new winner will be selected at random.

Winning claims are subject to a full verification process, and the prize may not be claimed without valid confirmation by JT that you are the winner of the prize.  The decision of JT as to who has won the prize is final.

JT may vary or terminate the competition at any time in its absolute discretion.

LIABILITY

To the full extent permitted by law, JT and its associated companies and any agencies (“the Relevant Parties”), exclude all liability for any loss (including any damage, claim, injury, cost or expense) whatsoever which is suffered or incurred by any person arising out of, or in any way connected with, the competition or the prize including without limitation:

• any direct, indirect, economic or consequential loss; or
• any loss arising from any negligent act or omission of any Relevant Parties.

JT will not accept liability for any entries lost or damaged, nor for any associated costs to claimants.

DATA PROTECTION

By participating in this competition you are acknowledging and consenting to JT handling personal information about you.  By completing the online entry form you are consenting to us using this information to contact you.  We may also use your personal information to keep you updated with news about our products and services using the contact details you provide us with.  We may share your information with other affiliates of JT Group Limited and they may send you details of other goods and services, which may be of interest to you.  If you do not wish to receive marketing communications, please inform us via our website, www.jtglobal.com.
