PILATES
Our Pilates classes focus on developing strength through the core of the body (back, shoulders, abdomen and hips). This provides a foundation to continue working and exercising the rest of the body. The concentration is not only on strength but also on flexibility and coordination. As Pilates both strengthens and aids flexibility, it can also be used to help people with poor mobility, muscular pain and injury rehabilitation. Our classes are suitable for beginners, intermediates and more advanced students.
