During the Consultation you will have the opportunity to discuss any injuries or concerns that you may have, or just outline what your health and fitness goals are. Using the latest in technology, a full Digital Posture & Movement Screening will be performed i.e. (PostureScreen & YouMove Analysis) enabling ‘real-time’ visualisation to demonstrate any postural anomalies, muscle imbalances and dysfunctional movement patterns.
On completion of the Physiotherapy led Consultation you will if you choose be entitled to join a 6-week PERFECT Posture & Movement Clinic individually designed to meet your health & fitness goals at a preferential 20% discounted rate of £300 (normally £360).
