Join Sonja online (Mon-Fri) at 06:30am for your daily dose of Pilates. It’s a great way to start your day, whether you’re working from home, or heading to the office.

- 20x Pilates sessions (Mon-Fri @ 06:30am – 07:15am)
- 8x Pilates HIIT sessions (13:00-13:30 on Mon & Wed)

What we do:
- Mondays, we use smaller weighted balls for upper body strength. We offer exercises to replace those with the equipment if you don’t have any
- Tuesdays and Thursdays we focus on the core.
- Wednesday it’s a specific hip opener Pilates class for runners or simply for people who get a lot of tension perfect for office workers.
- Friday we use a soft ball to add more mobility through the spine, shoulders, and hips.
